We are looking for motivated and energetic account executives to join our high-performing Sales team. You will be instrumental in our future success and take responsibility for growing and nurturing fruitful relationships with our client partners. We are looking for candidates with an excellent track record in sales, and particularly those with experience in industries such as Financial Services, Education or Public Sector. The successful candidates will join a team responsible for managing relationships with our current customers, winning projects and services with new customers, and building and maintaining close working relationships with our partner, Salesforce.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Account Management and Development
- Creating and maintaining detailed account plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas for each of your accounts
- Provide professional account management to enhance the customers’ experience of BrightGen
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and develop the account, unearthing new opportunities through networking and building long term partnerships
- Manage each opportunity by engaging appropriately and effectively with presales, delivery, service management and marketing
- Engage with your accounts to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references
- Plan and manage bids
General
- Assist in the negotiation of agreements for your accounts and opportunities
- Keep accurate records of sales and data, including account information, contacts and activities
- Create and consistently maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring that the opportunity information is accurate at all times
- Thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities
Go To Market
- Actively participate in the creation or ongoing maintenance of Go-To-Market (GTM) propositions for the sector that you are aligned to in order to demonstrate BrightGen’s knowledge and experience and differentiate us from competitors
- Work with marketing to develop and execute campaigns to your sector and account-based marketing
