Burda selects BrightMEDIA to power new ad ops company

Hubert Burda Media, one of Europe’s largest publishers, selected BrightGen’s advertising sales solution BrightMEDIA, to power its new company. The company, AdTech Factory, launched in 2016.

The implementation programme was to replace SAP and IS-MAM, Burda’s existing CRM and ad booking systems, with BrightMEDIA. The new company, AdTech Factory, is an advertising operations company. It acts as an outsourced ad operations and ad management engine room for publishing houses in Germany and throughout Europe. The first of these was Burda itself.

BrightMEDIA and Burda partnership

BrightMEDIA officially launched as a Salesforce Fullforce Media Solution in December 2015 and integrates Salesforce into the advertising sales process. It extends core Salesforce CRM functionality into a unified ad booking process for print and digital media. That includes everything from opportunity and quotation through to fulfillment and billing. BrightMEDIA also provides inventory management and pricing, which supports programmatic trading.
