For the fourth consecutive year, Salesforce has awarded BrightGen with Platinum status, which is the highest Salesforce accreditation. The Salesforce Cloud Alliance Program awards Platinum status based on our customer feedback, case studies and certified capability across the Salesforce product set.
This is a fantastic achievement, thanks to a great effort across the entire company.
Keir Bowden, BrightGen Chief Technical Officer
This status recognises BrightGen’s commitment to the Salesforce platform and clouds. Salesforce has awarded BrightGen with Platinum accreditation since the programme’s introduction in 2012.
This highest ranking tier of partnerships gives our customers the reassurance that we have exceeded the customer satisfaction scoring and Salesforce certifications needed to drive successful implementations. With a current CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 9.3/10, BrightGen continues to deliver successful implementations for our customers.
Note: in 2020, Salesforce revised its tiered program system for partners. Salesforce has updated the programme with a new separate set of performance criteria for partners. BrightGen has been a Salesforce Platinum partner up until the system’s discontinuation in 2020. BrightGen’s CSAT score is currently 5/5. BrightGen now has 72 certified experts across most Salesforce clouds and solutions, along with two technical architects.
